Leadership Training and Consultancy (LTC) is a dynamic company dedicated to taking people and organizations from where they are to where they want to be. Founded by a group of entrepreneurs in 1998, LTC Egypt focuses on employees as the backbone of companies and the source of their greatest strength.
Originally called ELTC, Egyptian Leadership Training and Consultancy Company, we have evolved into LTC as our clients and customers are now throughout the Middle East and North Africa – to include Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Lebanon, UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. To meet this increased demand LTC set-up a sister company in Qatar in 2004 and UAE in the first quarter of 2008. Over the past decade, LTC has garnered a reputation for quality delivery in consultancy, training, leadership and organizational development.
